Service Offerings and Revisions

Our service offerings and pricing plans are detailed on our website. Clients are billed based on the word count of the documents submitted. For clients uploading files, they must ensure accuracy in the word count for successful order processing. However, if clients choose to paste content directly, the word count will be automatically calculated by our system, and clients will not be liable for ensuring the accurate word count. The service delivery process begins once we have received and confirmed your content brief and any initial drafts. Delivery times are approximate and typically based on the average processing time for medium-sized content projects. While AIO Create Ltd is committed to timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for any delays beyond the provided approximate times.

Upon completion of our services and full payment, the copyright in the edited content is transferred to the client, ensuring they hold full ownership of the final product. Clients have three days from the receipt of any content to request revisions and may request up to three revisions within one week of receiving the first version at no additional cost. If no action is taken within this period, the content will be deemed accepted.

Should the need arise, clients may request a refund within seven days of receiving the first version of their content. All refund claims will be processed within three business days, ensuring client satisfaction and service integrity. Furthermore, AIO Create Ltd reserves the right to refuse orders if the content requested is deemed inappropriate or if the company is unable to fulfil the order for any reason. In cases where a project is declined, the client will be promptly informed, and any payments made will be fully reimbursed.
